Once a transaction is successfully completed, it is considered final. RigAlma acts solely as a technology provider to facilitate these transactions. Any exceptional disputes, duplicate charge issues, or specific financial requests must be addressed directly with the administrative or accounts office of the respective school. RigAlma does not hold the authority to initiate, process, or approve refunds on behalf of any institution.
